Yes I have had to take iron in all my pregnancies and after so long on LE I had to take it while ttc at the end too. I felt dizzy, saw stars when I stood up, was extremely fatigued (more than normal for pregnancy or ttc) often got dizzy then felt like throwing up. Starting iron had immediate benefit and within 24hrs I felt better.
I had blood tests to confirm I was low in both pregnancies but while ttc this time when I had the same symptoms I just started it myself. It's my only 'boy sway' factor. But one I couldn't avoid.
Well the low protein and morning sickness thing must be true, before bed last night I ate about two handfuls of pistachio nuts, and a glass of milk.
I didn't wake up sick last night for the first time in a week so that's fantastic! This morning I felt well and made my own muesli with lots of seeds and almonds and high protein things. Fx it keeps working!
