I'm having no real symptoms this tww compared to last month. The only thing I have is creamy CM. Last month my boobs were so tender and my uterus area was tender. I'm hoping no pms is a good thing!
So question for you ladies... AF already ended this yesterday evening putting it at technically 2 days, 48 hours long. Do you think I should be concerned that this is affecting my ability to conceive and get BFP. Last couple cycles it's been 3 days and this one started Saturday evening around 7 and it ended yesterday, Monday, evening.
No, it shouldn't have anything g to do with you being able to get pregnant or not. The month I got my BFP, AF was only two days of what I would call real bleeding (light compared to what I typically get), followed by two days of very light spotting (only a panty liner needed).Quote:

My periods are really light. I get one medium day and then the rest is pretty light. I could probably go without even changing my pads for most of it (of course I do change them otherwise it would be yucky).

3DPO and crawling by lol. Have a horrible headache I can't shift and my mood is less than desirable - I was so irritable all day yesterday and again today (less than yesterday thus far but not by much!) really hoping its not my PMS flaring up early!
AF arrived today. Actually I'm just glad it did as I was sure I wasn't pregnant. Luteal phase was 15 days this cycle so really happy about that (it was only 7 days last cycle). I just really hope this cycle I will get pregnant! If I O around the same time as last two cycles I can test just before Christmas, yay! Would be lovely Christmas present.

Gg8. I went through a similar thing with my last dd. it's so hard to take all the medications and have everything seem perfect and get a bfn. I hope next month is your month.
I'm 5dpo but with our horrible timing I'm not counting on much this month. I was initially hopeful that maybe I O'd at night so temp rise was delayed but I had a huge drop before the temp rise so I don't think it's possible. I'm due on thanksgiving so that's sad but oh well. I have to get over it and be ready to move on next month. Good luck to everyone. Seems like most people are in the sloooow tww.

Signingmommy, my periods have been shorter and lighter since doing LE. Last cycle AF was only four days long and light in flow when I normally have heavy periods that last about a week. I don't think the length of your AF has any bearing on your ability to get pregnant.
Hopper maybe the grouchiness is a good sign. ;) I think it's the progesterone our bodies produce after O that makes us cranky.
2xblue, sorry AF showed up but yay for a long luteal phase! That's great it doubled. I really hope you get a Christmas BFP. How great would that be!
Quinn, the same thing happened to me this cycle. I thought I o'ed at night w/ a delayed temp rise but my temp dropped the next morning instead of going up. I don't feel good about our attempt either but what's done is done I suppose. I've got everything crossed that you'll get a surprise BFP for Thanksgiving!!
2DPO today. Blah. The TWW is crawling by at snail's pace. I keep thinking about how I'm going to miss out on eating turkey on Thanksgiving....depressing. DH is pretty sad about it too as he's getting tired of being vegetarian. He's such a trooper doing all of these things to help sway. I'm already trying to plan out in my head what I want to do differently next cycle (yes I'm being a negative Nancy! ha). Given my cycle lengths I probably won't O until around Christmas or the New Year.

Same exact for me! No symptoms this tww either. Last month I was nauseated, sore boobs, restless nights. Even if I'm not preggo, I would rather this tww than the last few I've had. 8dpo for me.Quote:

Lol Ksmom I'll take anything I can get! Once I can blame the grumpiness on something other than myself!! I'm like a bear with a sore paw! Thankfully the headache subsided later this afternoon, it's still lurking I can feel it in my temples but it's not mind numbing like earlier. 8dpo Lauren!! Argh, I will be waiting for your testing day! Sending loads of sticky bfp goodness your way! I know what you mean about symptoms lol, I could have wrote a book in September on my copious "signs" and then AF showed early! I swear I was devo!! Symptoms, if you could call them that, for me this cycle are just tiredness (kid related!) and some serious trapped wind! Well actually, I don't know if it's actual wind, it's more so the pain feels like that.
I alternate between thinking this is our cycle, the timing was right, the attempt was good except I had the big O but then again my CM being so scant on past cycles maybe I needed to help the swimmers along. It was my first cycle propping my hips and lying on my tummy, I can't get pg if the swimmers can't get in there so I didn't jump and dump as fast as previous cycles. Ugh, at least 8 days til testing! I have a feeling I'll be testing sooner than later. I remembered last night that I got my bfp on DS2 only 10 days after my +opk which would have been about 8dpo!! Lol grasping at straws here 😜

Afm - my temp took a nose dive instead of rising this morning so I'm quite confused lol. My cm is definately post o so I know I have oed but maybe for the first time ever I oed the day of pos opk rather then the next day. I'll attach pics of my opks. Cd13 I got a solid smiley and also used first response dip tests which for once I seemed to have no issues with. Definately pos opk cd13. Dtd 10pm that night as wanted as late attempt as possible for o day cd14. However my temp this morning dipped cd15 so who knows. I know I've oed so I guess thats all that matters. Will be interesting to see what ff does with crosshairs in a few days. Hi ladies tested again this morning at 12dpo and got bfn on frer. AF hasn't showed as yet though and Cx high and firm. Due today or next few - average 11 days on FF. Good luck to all of those in the TWW [emoji4]

Well I said to dh this morning that if we dont get pregnant this cycle then the tarot card reader I seen was wrong. I went to the same lady (she travels around the state) twice and 18-24 months apart and both times she told me she seen 3 children lol. Well I plan on going on the pill after this cycle so I cant see it happening after that [emoji23]
Edited to add: I want to go on the pill to help with hormonal issues only so if there's something else I can take I will. Be seeing my doc about it anyway :) (unless of course I get a bfp)

I'm really interested to see how your chart goes pbn, I would have imagined you Oed the day after +opk but if temps aren't lining up hoping your attempt was perfectly timed :) I hope that tarot card reader was spot on hun!! I keep thinking of what my friends mom (she's a medium) told my friend back in September - that I would have an early August 2016 due date. At the time it made no sense cause my projected cycles would have given me either an end of July due date or end of August due date if we conceived in December. Then as you know last cycle was longer than anticipated so if we got our bfp this cycle I'd be due like August 4th or something! I'm hoping SO bad she's right!!

That's so weird that yours would give you an early august due date this cycle!! Cant wait till you test! Your bfp will give me so much hope! Its so hard not to feel negative myself though :( and for my chart and opks, cm to not line up is like a kick in the guts!! I don't normally experience a fall back ib temp like this so I really don't know what to make of it. Plus one of my boys broke my salt lamp yesterday that I've had since March when I first started le diet so I could either take all this as a sign its all over lol or maybe just maybe I dont need it anymore! Hoping for the latter!

Your chart is really strange Pbn, hopefully you see a temp rise tomorrow. It does look like you O'd as your digital OPKs are normally pretty accurate.

Thanks Purple! And yes my chart has thrown a real spanner in the works lol. If I ignore temps and go by past history and cm I oed cd14. However there is a slight possibility I oed early hours too hence the cd14 temp rise and maybe my cm had changed by that night (I didn't check after lunch as just assumed I was oing that day :)) who knows lol! Will see whatI temps do over next couple days.
Mammacass the lady that did my cards was the first and last time I've had them read lol other than a reading over the phone with a friend. She was great and I never once mentioned wanting more kids either reading - first reading was pregnant with ds2 (cant remember if I was showing or not), second time was either late last year or early this year and at the end of reading she was like 'hang on, I don't know whether you're looking at this or not but there's a 3rd child here waiting to be born'. I was thrilled of course as she hadn't mentioned it the whole reading and I was thinking well its not gonna happen lol. But in hindsight now it feels like a load of bull as surely I would've been happily pregnant by now. I find it hard to believe it'll happen on the cycle I've fully given up :) anyway we'll see - and if by some miracle her prediction comes true I'll be happy to pm you her name and number!!!
It seems on this site many ladies have pretty much given up, then get there surprise BFP - hopefully this will be true for you also - less stress etc and Yes if it comes true I definately want that number lol where is she based?

No, I seen her in person both times, I'd never met her before I dont even know if she does over the phone I wouldn't think so though :) the over the phone reading I mentioned was with a friend of mine which was pretty much unrelated to ttc lol, I was just stating that these were the only readings I've had. This lady I sent fb pic of I only went to as a friend went and said she was awesome so I went out of curiosity the first time, 2nd time I wanted to see if she'd say the same thing regarding kids (she did). I've also just read she used to travel with the psychic expo which I didn't know (never been to one lol)
Sorry I haven't explained it very well lol. This lady is a travelling psychic and I seen her when she was visiting my town on two different occasions two or so years apart. The phone reading I had was with a friend and totally unrelated :) sorry mammacass I'm really tired and not making much sense lol hopefully this clears it up :)

I didn't get a reading exactly mammacass though like you I had been meaning to go for one for quite some time. A mommy friend of mine (the only one who knows about my desire for a DD) saw how upset I was after AF arrived early in September so she asked her mother who's a medium in another part of the country to draw a few cards for me. Her mom has an uncanny ability to foresee pregnancies and has only ever gotten a gender prediction wrong once about 20 years ago before she started doing readings for a living. So she drew some cards and they told her that I would be due in August next year. She said the date wasn't specific. some time at the start, it would be sometime around my birthday and my fathers birthday (obviously she had no idea of our birthdays - mine is July 31 and dads is Aug 1!) but that my daughter would be early! She also said I would get more responsibility in my work life (I'm a freelance writer for several websites etc) and about a week later I got a contract for a new site to publish my articles more regularly for 2016. She said the writing is a stepping stone to my "calling". So obviously everything she said is like my dreams coming true so trying to take it all with a large pinch of salt - its hard though!!

Pbn, you may have ovulated on CD14 but your temp hasn't reflected it yet. I had the same thing happen to me last cycle and it looks like this cycle too. I heard it can happen if there's a delayed reaction to the progesterone so BBT doesn't go up right away. It looks like your temps have a fallback rise which usually happens on 2DPO. I'm interested to see what your temps do in the next few days!

When DS2 was 2.5 months old I had a vivid dream I got a BFP (we def. weren't trying) so I thought I'd test the next morning for shits and giggles. It turned out positive and I about pissed my pants! lol Turns out it was just residual hcg from my pregnancy with him. LOL
Purple I've got my fingers crossed we'll see a BFP from you very, very soon!!! No symptoms still sounds promising to me! I swear the months I had the fewest symptoms were the ones I was pregnant.

So today I'm anywhere from 3-5DPO. lol I thought FF would change its prediction as the days went on but it's still saying I'm 5dpo. I disagreed with FF last cycle but considering when I got my bfp, I think FF was right. I'm still trying to hold out on testing until the 26th which would put me between 10-12dpo. Too early for symptoms but I'm quite bloated and I'm so tired! I've been exhausted for the past two days that it makes doing cardio such a chore. By the afternoon, I can barely keep my eyes open.
