Thanks everyone for your well wishes but I think I had either an Evap line or a chemical as today there is no line! Argh. But I'm only 8dpo too so not calling it just yet. Ttc does my head in

Well, I still haven't gotten my peak opk so I'm headed into my RE's office in about an hour for an ultrasound. :fx: they give me the trigger shot!! I can't imagine they wouldn't as I've had the most ridiculous cramping. I feel like there's at least one good follicle on each ovary. I know there is definitely one on my right ovary. I just hope that my right tube is open!! :pray:
Girlieplease, I think that there are many ways to approach a man about a new baby. Honesty has always worked for me. I just told him how much my heart needs a fourth baby. I just want one so much. I want to complete my family. Even tho I am swaying for a little boy, I have made two such cute lovely girls so we will be happy with a third girl. Yes gender is important especially to all of us here, but so is having your family complete. My hubby is in a job that requires him to have lots of support. He has had to do lots of ongoing study and I have made his life easy inspite of all of that. I have pushed myself to make it easy for him, to take his burdens and make him happy. And you know what? I deserve the same from him. I am not his wench, I am his life partner and I expect the same dedication to fulfilling my dreams as I give him to fulfilling his. I am not second class, I am equal. When I started to step up into my own worth and say those words to him, he suddenly got it. Because he does love me, but it is so easy to take advantage of women's, socialisation to be 'good' and be easy companions and not ask or demand our needs be met. I lovingly and willingly support my husbands life goals and I expect the same in return. Motherhood may well be the most important thing I do in our lives and I believe it will reap as much joy for us as his money does for us. We are equal and we both matter. *steps off soap box*

Pretty confident I ovulated yesterday CD19 which gives us an O-3 and O day attempt. A bit nervous about that but it's out of my hands now. :)
Just got back from my appointment. I had 6 follicles that were developing. There were 3 that were bigger than 8mm: 1 on the right was 14mm, one on the left was 19mm and another on the left was 9mm. They went ahead and gave me the trigger shot!!! :highfive: They said to dtd tonight and for the next 2 nights. I feel so hopeful this cycle!! :giggle: :cheerteam::bluecheer::cheer::bluecheer::cheer::ch eerteam: Good luck everyone! I am feeling so hopeful that we will see a lot of bfp's this month and next! :D

two, she didn't take her 5th Clomid dose due to intolerable side effects and she wasn't going to O on time so that's why she requested a trigger. Based on those follicles I would guess 1-2 of them will O in 2-3 days. 3 embies is pretty unlikely but you never know!
Yes, just clomid and trigger. I actually requested the trigger this cycle. I tend to ovulate around cd20-22. Clomid only bumps it up to cd18. I wondered if my follicles are getting too big and so aren't very good quality, and if that was part of the reason why I wasn't getting preggo. I thought that the trigger would help my eggs to release while they are better quality. We'll see what happens this cycle! :DQuote:

Thanks, I did see someone post they had the same attempt timing to get their girl so it gives me some hope.

Purple & ksmom I conceived my last dd with 0-3, 0-2 & 0 so I think they are great attempts. That's why this month we decided to kick our attempts up a notch & dtd for 5 days straight this cycle, hopefully lots of boy swimmers there ready to catch the egg.
Pinkin - I'm 8 dpo today & I nearly tested this morning. Am trying to hold out till 10dpo but don't think I can. No real symptoms so not getting hopes up too much.

I have no symptoms at all either only thing is this cm nearly every time i wipe its on the toilet paper the size of a 5 cent coin and its whiteish in colour..... could be nothing tho but I have def noticed it this cycle. I will be testing tomorrow because I just cant help myself plus id rather get a gradual bfn over a big shock bfn at 12/13 dpo
I'm having horrible lower back pain right now and I'm super nauseous. I also got my peak opk. So, hopefully I'll get a great big temp jump in the morning!! :) I do know that it can take up to 36 hours to actually O after a trigger shot. I'm just trying to be optimistic that it happens sooner. :D

Maiden - This is my third clomid cycle and so far so good -- lots of ovary activity :) Have you noticed any mood changes since starting clomid? DH is staying pretty clear of me this month....he says I'm acting like a bear
Honeybug I did my second month of clomid and my husband couldn't even look at me I am 7dpo and still feel a bit crazy!!!! I am an angry woman lol I really hope o get off the stuff

I have just had my first coffee for the day. It's 4pm here, normally I have a coffee in the morning as well but didn't feel like it this morning. I just thought it may have been because it is so humid here today. Anyway I drank my coffee & it tasted great but have been feeling queasy since. Really trying not to read too much into it.

Momamia hope you catch that egg. Am not ttc this month but monitoring my cycles still, using clear blue fertility monitor, it asked for test stick at day 9 but I was half sleep and had already had a pee, so I ignored it and thought I will test the next day, cd10 it then never asked me for a test stick. I am currently cd12, usually o at day 13 - 15 and it is still not asking for a stick? Have I messed up this cycle by not testing cd9? X
I will be testing in about 11 hrs !!! only 8dpo so I don't expect to get a bfp but I need to get the first test out of my system!!!

That could be a pregnancy sign too! I've definitely had that when I was preggo. It's frustrating that a lot of the pregnancy signs are also signs of af. :( Keep the faith, pinkin!! :DQuote:
