This is my gorgeous boy 2 and a half months already. Im trying to sort through the baby stuff to get rid of it but i just can't do it. Hes sleeping in his cot and shares a room with his older brother.
Dh asked what i was doing with the bassinette and i reluctantly said i guess id have to sell it. GD is rearing its ugly head again but im not sure if its that or if its because hes the last baby and im not done yet. DH knows i want another but hes being the practical one 😂

I love seeing all your gorgeous babies!! We're 4.5 months and you girls were right, life is so much easier past the newborn stage. I love watching him learn new things. Some days I miss my old life, but I wouldn't trade it for him. [emoji846]

Awww he's so precious taytum! I agree with passing the newborn stage. My LO is at his 2nd week of finally sleeping 8-9 hours at night and I felt like that day would never come or that I would enjoy him with so much sleep deprivation. I'm over the moon with my son and super sad I have to get back to work but I know I'll appreciate going he more than I used to.

We are still BFing! I had sworn I wasn't going to do it, then I begged hubby to just let me quit (he was my biggest supporter!), I cried about it and hated it! But now, at 4.5 months I'm so glad I stuck with it and will be sad when it's over. Never thought I'd feel this way!
omg so now DS2 has got a vomiting bug... all of us have the cold already, and now he has spent the last 24 hours sick with gastro (im assuming thats what it is)... seriously i feel like a bad mum that I cant keep bella in a sickness free environment :( this never happened when the boys were newborns *sigh* i feel terrible
Ahh missiz u r not a bad mom. Thts how i felt when my boys bought sickness home from school. My lilly ws catchin it all the time. I feel bad for telling boys not to touch her or kiss her.

That's crappy boyzmommy. I'm not sure how to help you get her to nurse, but maybe give her some of the bottle and then try to get her to latch? We still use a nipple shield because he will not latch without it. [emoji15][emoji85]
Thankyou taytum. I never had this prob with my boys. She is not at all taking boobies at all[emoji30]she has a good latch and suck but after milk comes in she rejects it and takes bottle happily. I m not ready to move on to formula. I love breast feeding.

I'm with you! I never thought I would like breastfeeding, but I love it! Our goal is now 6 months! This may be a struggle...some days I can only pump once a day at work. Ugh.

beautiful pics Fiya xx unfortunately we have been hit with yet another illness :hair: We had a belated baby shower for me on the 24th Sept and my sister and her family came from brisbane to visit and meet Annabelle for the first time..... well their youngest son brought the flu with him... so after first getting a cold, then gastro, all of us except for bella (fingers crossed, knocking on wood and praying hard) are now down with the influenza flu.... I feel horrific and I HATE seeing my poor boys so sick.... i swear if we dont get a break soon im gonna go insane!!! sorry this post is a bit of a downer, just having a rough time here lol

My gorgeous dude is 3 months and he is such a good boy and always has the best smiles for mummy.
Missiz sorry to hear about all the sickness. My ds4 had a bout of bronchiolitis however didn't have a temperature, on the plus side. Hes still teething though so he gets very cranky and tired. Thankfully everyone else has seemed to dodge the sick bullet. Just some runny noses and coughs.
Im back to work next week blehhhhhh. Going to enjoy my last weekend at home. Started to toilet train ds3. Fx he will be out of the nappies soon.

My heart feels so full of love. Its hard most of the days with three kids but all worth it.

My goal is 6 months too! I'm SO freaking sick right now it's not funny. My supply has dropped now, which is heartbreaking. Hoping to bring it back up for just a few more weeks to make it to the mark!
thats no good to hear your are sick Taytum, what are you sick with? I am trying to boost myself back up again after illness too, I am on a breastfeeding multivitamin and an immune probiotic. I'm also gonna try making some of those lactation cookies that you read about on the net :) see how they go lol
I think it was an upper respiratory infection, but man, sore throat and cough started last Wednesday. Fever by Friday and I had a fever from Friday until Wednesday night when it finally broke! Runny nose, cough still now. And of course it was horrible timing and I was just emotionally drained too.
oh dear thats no good at all, I am glad it sounds like you are turning the corner... being sick with kids just sux, you dont have the freedom to just sleep and try and get better. Thinking of you xox
I'm starting to realize that man, you just really don't get to lay on the couch like you want to. And it's probably easier now while he's little than it will be a year from now!
