I have this problem. Honestly, it's if I'm clogged up with either poo, or gas and I get SO sick to my stomach. I'll take a gas x if I REALLY need it, but I realize I'll start getting a headache, then feel flushed get really winded and feel faint. Then the nausea kicks in and me having a phobia of vomiting, my nerves go haywire. It sucks... especially being pregnant and I can't take the usual acid reducers or gas x to avoid these problems.

Yes, being preg and TTC def complicates things as far as what you can do. I normally have an arsenal of anti-spasmodics, gass relief meds, etc. Which, as you know, can't be used if there is a chance of preg. Sorry to hear you have issues too :(

Hi just an update, I decided to put my 4am temp in as per Two, and also this mornings temp was way back down so no crosshairs now and pretty confident it was just because I was unwell. Thankyou for your help :)
