I just cant wait any longer the suspense is killing me lol... im thinking about going to buy some coconut water for week of o
Ruby- If it was me I would wait to have at least one month of diet since to TTC a boy you don't need that long as if for TTC a girl.
The reason is that if I ended up having a third girl (and since it's my last go) I would of course love her, but I would blame myself for not going 100% with the TTC plan.
That being said, a lot of ladies have conceived boys without the extra effort...
Ruby- I was going to TTC this month, but chickened out because i wanted to he on the HE diet for atleaste 6 weeks. So SSeptember it is for me!
I can't put a link up as I'm on my phone. If you go to the page this thread is on, go to the HE faq and it should help in regards to diet etc :)
Are there any coffee drinkers in here? I know coffee isnt a huge factor on either sway sife..but every boy mom I meet says they didnt drink coffee... coffee has been sooo hard to give up
Just drink one cup per day. All of my friends and family with boys drink coffee. Also, there are tons of successful sways on this site with 1 cup of coffee per day. Or, you can drink green tea instead if you feel that you must give it up.
I'm also having x1 cup of coffee and x2-4 of green tea. I think you're encouraged to drink green tea and coffee x1 is allowed. Have I misunderstood?
How are you all feeling? I'm really getting into the HE diet. The first thing I've noticed is NO MORE LOW BLOOD SUGAR. I love it! I had no idea how much of a diff it could make to have protein with every snack.
I feel stuffed - but full of energy. I'm not eating any carbs other than oatmeal in the morning and juices/fruit with my meals and I've found that makes you feel less heavy. anyone else got any tips?
