Servicing beautifulrainbow I will never forget the day I found out I was having my dd, it was amazing, she was my first and I did not have to work for her, I cannot imagine the joy after all that effort to get your dream gender, must make every calorie you counted, every piece of exercise you did feel so worthwhile! X

I did a six mile run today but as I had a rest day on Monday I have to keep going until Sunday, got a positive OPK today so attempting tonight! X

I started the PCOS version of the diet Tuesday and started working out yesterday. I'm doing the Cize video by Shaun T and doing 30-40 minutes on the treadmill. Our first attempt will be in October. I'm just happy I finally getting the ball rolling lol
