Think I will be joining you, 9 dpo tomorrow. I only had an 8 or 9 day lp last month, fear the same this month. So frustrating, given my timing of attempt was spot on. I have never got a bfp before 14 dpo, which would be next Wednesday but think af, will arrive before then! Got some things I want to tighten up for next month diet wise, but if I am not successful next month, not sure how I will feel about month 4! Good luck everyone! X

This is exactly how I feel! I am going to ramp up my efforts and tweak some things for next month but, I have to stop by September and pick things up next year...due to not wanting to be in third trimester in the summer. Bahahah!

OMG OMG OMG! Got my progesterone results back and I'm trying not to read too much into them, but totally failing! :running:

So I got 38 as a result, and on my lab sheet there is the following info:
Pre-ov phase: 0.057 - 0.89 ng/ml
Ov phase: 0.11 - 11.96 ng/ml
Luteal phase: 1.83 - 23.38 ng/ml

I know that for medicated cycles doctors like progesterone >15 and this means Femara worked for inducing ovulation, for sure.
So, if I am over 23.38 what does this mean? If progesterone levels >25 it is supposed to be a normal level for 1st trimester (viable intrauterine pregnancy). I am so happy at least to know that after a year without even O, my first cycle on Femara is working as it should, and that I still have chances of getting my BFP this month :)

I have lots of test strips so my guess is that I will be trying them every morning until either BFP or AF shows up! FX!

Congratulations!!! So exciting, did you do a test today or are you gonna wait a few more days? The odds keeps getting better for you, but either way your body works and that is fantastic!

I actually did a positive test today, super, super weak but still, I'm PREGNANT!! Now the long wait begins to see who is in there (if everything goes right and the tiny bean stays where it's supposed to), really excited but also freaked out!

I did test yesterday evening (8dpo) and obviously it came back negative, lol! I did not test this morning but I will start tomorrow morning (10dpo). I know it is still early, but who knows!

So happy for you! I had the same symptoms, so hoping July is my month as well!

Congrats Linnea!! We might be able to start a due date thread soon.. I'm waiting to see how my scan goes next week first.

Maggie, that is great your prog is high as if you get a bfp it will be good for a healthy pregnancy. Unfortunately you can't read much else into 7dpo progesterone levels. Hopefully you do see a BFP though!

Thank you!! Let's hope we'll end up in a due date thread! How do you feel now? Everything seems to be ok with your pregnancy now, am I right? I haven't read so many posts these days since I'm just sneeking in here real quick during work time..

Maggie, Progesterone level is great but you can't read anything into them at this point as they peak at 7 DPO in a cycle and if you are not pregnant the levels drop quickly after. Take me for example, last month I was on Femera as well and my 6dpo progesterone level was 29.44. (keep in mind I take progesterone supplements starting at 3dpo) When I had my labs redone again at 13 DPO my progesterone levels dropped to 8.07 even being on the supplements. So really 7 DPO bloodwork is only good at telling you if you ovulated. Fingers crossed you get a BFP this cycle though.

I am 6-7 DPO today so will test on Monday or Tuesday morning I think, progesterone level was 22.54 yesterday at 5-6 DPO. Fingers crossed this is the cycle, if it is my due date would be April 1.
