I'm sorry your feeling so sick Junie! I Still have nausea at 13 weeks!!! Usually mine is barely there & gone quick.... I can totally commiserate! Lemon water helps me.....
I am 7 weeks. Yea I was thinking of calling the doctor but was not sure if its normal due to stretching. I also feel more cramping the days I am constantly running after my 2 year old, just trying to relax a little more and see if it makes a difference. I am getting an ultrasound on the 25th, so I might wait until then. Thanks
My morning sickness stuck around til I was 15 weeks last pregnancy. I sure hope that I have an easier time this time. I am just constantly nauseated but haven't thrown up yet....

Yuck Hitme, nausea w/out throwing up is almost worst!! I always feel better after I throw up....
Daisy~ i think that's a great plan! Not too much longer!
Who finds out the gender next?
So everyone knows now that it's a boy... We did a gender reveal! We videotaped the girls jumping out of boxes with blue balloons & sent it to my family.... It was awesome!!
What a fun surprise for your family Ashforblue! I've also been sipping on lemon water constantly now and that seems to help. Thanks for the tip.
Daisy- When I overdo it I definitely feel more. I think as long as it isn't constant and feels more like stretching and not too sharp of pains that I wouldn't worry.
Hitme- I also rarely throw up. I just feel like I'm going to all the time. I also have had an awful taste in my mouth and have started gargling with a water /baking soda mix and that seems to help quite a bit. I hope we all start to feel better soon!
Ashforblue- I'm guessing I will have results from the blood test back at around 15 weeks. I don't think they will tell me earlier. So in about 6 weeks.
Is there anyone here team green??
I have never been prego in a real winter so this should be interesting. Getting in my last days of summer swimming and feeling great so far.
I'll have to wait for U/S to determine gender. Probably 4 or so weeks (I'm 11 now). I will have my NT scan next Thursday (will be 12 weeks 6 days) so I can start nubsessing again lol.
That sounds like such fun Ash! I told my parents about the pregnancy yesterday. I wrote it in the Father's Day card for Dad. He was laughing. They took it pretty well. I wasn't really sure what they were going to say. My Mum did ask me if I knew what sex it was and then went off in a little blurb how she hopes it's a girl but she guesses 4 boys would be ok too blah blah blah. I just can't escape the gender comments I know.
I hope all the morning sickness makes a quick exit for everyone.
Hope you all have a great day (or sleep) xx
I have never been team green and was thinking of doing it this time, but I like knowing and being organised. I don't tell family and friends though.
I hope I get some clues on Wednesday morning at my 14+3 appointment. I will be counting on you ladies as I don't think I could even find the nub.
Gl on your appointment pearl and covered. Pearl For some reason i thought you had one last Friday?
Junie im 14+3days and the nausea still comes and goes. It really took me on saturday i felt like i was about to pass out and vomit! My husbands driving makes me car sick too 😫
I just woke up - I had a dream that I had the genetics testing and got the call back and I was having a boy. Then I decided to do a tarot card reading which I have never done but oddly enough own a stack in real life, and it said something about having only boys. I cried. I thought I wouldn't have GD after having so many but I guess after swaying and putting so much "effort" into it; that I very well might have a fair case of it after all.
Part of me is wanting to wait til ultrasound now. Im feeling so crappy that I think I'd react to that news better if I was further along in my pregnancy. The flip side is if we decide to wait I will have to start telling. I'll be showing long before I can get an elective ultrasound even.

I had a dream like that hitme. I was having my gender scan and i got told boy. My heart dropped and very disappointed. I got up that morning felt very weird as my dream felt very real. But i did hear you get the opposite of your dream...which wa true for me when are u finding out
Tiff I had to change my appointment as it was clashing with the school collection and DDs swim lesson. I wasn't thinking of any of this when I made the appointment in early august.
Hitme I was convinced that DD was a boy. I even dreamed of my little boy. It was like I had lost my son when I found out DD was a girl. In the early stages of pregnancy with DS I was convinced that he was a girl no dreams that time and when I saw him on my 1st ultrasound I just knew my sway had worked.
Oh man Hitme, I can't tell you how many crazy gender dreams the week I was waiting for the results! Even now I dream this baby pops out a girl! Someone tell me again how right the Harmony test is!!!
Anyways, I'm super excited about the upcoming ultrasounds Covered & Pearl! & I think that was a super cool way to tell your parents Covered!!! Yay, more Nubs to guess on!
Just saying that trying to come up with a boy name that hubby & I love is hard! Good thing I have time, lol
I have my blood test on Thursday! I wonder if they will bend the rules and tell me as soon as they get the results? I hope so!
Hitme- That dream sounds awful. Pregnancy dreams can be no fun.
Omg, I hope they will Junie!!! Fxfx!
Im still trying to figure out what im doing. We don't have harmony here but the same test under different names. We can actually get it done (NIPT) at life labs which is the big lab that has hundreds of locations across Canada. It's cheaper than harmony but does all the same thing. It's between 500-600, or I can do just gender for a couple hundred bucks at a more no name location....

I just reread the life labs testing and its "panorama" which I've heard of a few times on this site.

So it's been decided. We'll be doing Panorama for the main 3 trisomies for $550 (includes gender) at 9 weeks if I can get a doctor to sign the paperwork in time. I see my midwife next week, and hope that she is able to sign it but it says "physician" on the form, not sure if they're picky about this kind of thing. 9 weeks is under 2 weeks away!

Yay Hitme, that's so exciting!!!! I know my gender, but I'm itching for my 20 week scan now just so I can confirm...
On a fun note, I bought a couple boy outfits for myself for the very first time:heart: I'll take a pic in a little bit & post!
Hitme- That is what I'm doing! It also costs us about 500 Euros. However I think it is worth it to be able to do this type of testing with no risk to the baby.
Totally agree Junie! And ash I can't wait to see pics!

Gotta say I love to see moms so excited to have a son it really warms my heart. Even though I swayed girl I love my boys and they are the sweetest ever and boys just get such a bad rap.
Thank you ladies!! I'm soooo excited to raise a little boy & feel so lucky!:luck::DS:
I'm having way to much fun in the. It section, just bought a couple more outfits today, oops..... One is a cute sleeper that say little brother:awe:
I also think I have the perfect name already... Hubs isn't thrilled about it, but too bad!! He wants him to be the 3rd & go with tradition but I really don't want to name my kid Frank...
Please don't name your kid Frank, Ash LOL No offense if anyone loves the name but not my taste. :)
Although I love Franklin (go figure!) However my H hates it, and I don't think I would ever feel comfortable actually giving it as a name.
I have a countdown on my phone for 12 weeks to start nub guessing, that's hoping I even get an u/s around then. I'm barely 9 weeks and it feels so far away.
Last night we went out with some friend and all the other couples had girls. We were the only ones with sons. All the dads kept commenting how jealous they were. When we told them we are pregnant everyone said they guessed it will be a girl this time. I hope so but I don't want to get my hopes up. It was also nice to see other couples drooling over my boys. We felt very lucky to have our two, possibly three boys.
Don't you worry! I told him absolutely NO!!! He even goes by his middle name, lol..... I did tell him that I'd use his middle name for the babes middle name but that's about as far as I'll go.... I want to give him a really awesome first name!!
Names are so hard Ash. Stick to you guns and your DH will come around.
I remember DH and I couldn't agree on a name for DS1 but after watching me in labour for hours on end a push him out DH would totally let me name him whatever I wanted lol. He didn't argue at all!
Hitmebabyonemoretime why do you have to have the paperwork signed?
