Yes! Very! The anti-spasm meds knocked out the AF cramps as well as the intestinal spasms caused by my tummy issues and the aleve took the edge off my headach. So I have essentially been painless since I caved and took the meds.Quote:

Netti I think the le diet can alter your cycle. I went from having 28-30 day cycles to 23,24,25 and 26 day cycles. Last cycle back up to 27 cycle b4 that was 23. Just gotta roll with it I say lol! I refuse to waste any more energy/stress wondering why and am just taking it as it comes :)Quote:

So its no longer spotting I meant to add before?
Im only wearing a liner and its had about the size of a 50c piece, but it seems a little brighter now. I have a new liner on and so far just a 10c size, TMI but theres more when i wipe than on the liner, could be AF making a grand slow entrance. Will have to see how the next day goes.
Was there someone here with some bleeding earlier in the thread that had a positive hpt? If it doesn't get heavier the rest of the day im tempted to get some hpts just to see. Either that or i wish it would hurry up so i can move onto next cycle
