It just looks like what appears to be the nub is actually the bottom part of the nub, it is too low to be (all of) the nub, its hard to explain, I have just looked at many shots that I know this doesnt quite look 100% convincing. Ok, I am still leaning girl ever so slightly based on what is pictured here BUT we could be missing boy parts, I just think there is nothing worse than getting someones hopes up based on an unreliable still shot..... and this picture is not good enough to guess on if that makes sense? Hoping its your girl xxx
