Watch your pH with the Sylk. Even though I used RepHresh 12 hours before the sway, I used Sylk for the attempt and my pH was higher than 6. Sylk and I don't get along.

I don't have sylk but o bought something called Silk-e it have aleo Vera Its suppose to be aimed towards the woman. Ok so since I will be doing more than one attempt should I just do my rePHresh 8 hours before the first attempt or 8 hours before every attempt?

Hmmm...I'm not familiar with that jelly. Is this the KY kind?? Unless it's marketed as "sperm friendly" or "conception safe" it should be fine.
The more often you use the RepHresh, the more effective it will be at killing sperm and keepign pH low, but it WILL reduce your odds of conception. Unfortunately there's no way for me to know what's best. You might want to compromise and use RepHresh every two days while doing several attempts. Just be sure you wait 30 min. after attempt to use and have at least 8-12 hours before your next attempt.
