I think the skull looks girly. The nub is hard to say, it looks flat to me, but there is something at the end that looks boy... to me the nub is 50/50.
I hope she gets her girl :)

I think the skull looks a bit more girl than boy, and the nub looks short and a bit angled, so more boy than girl. I'm leaning boy but wouldn't be surprised to be wrong!

Yup, I think it is a boy. At least she is young and wants to have 1 or 2 more kids so she is ok with it.

Well, we were right... its a boy. She just found out today. This will be boy #2 for her.
