I always had 2% milk on everything, eaten tons of dairy every day, and gotten 4 boys over 20 years doing that. My husband typically drinks a quart of milk a day.
Then both my husband and I ate barely any dairy and we got DD.

I am using coconut or almond milk only because I don't like the taste of cow's milk. I do eat yogurt and cheese pretty much every day.
I def. stay away from "kid's" cereal
coconut and almond milk are also great for blue!!! :)
With my 1st son i ate a bowl Corn Flakes with whole milk every morning.
Corn flakes are not super great for TTC blue as a general rule (they burn off too quickly) but the whole milk more than makes up for it!! :agree: anything with whole milk will sway blue! Thx for sharing.
so what are some really good cereal for breakfast and can we add raw sugar to it?
I think raisin bran is good. At least that is what I have been eating. I usually mix it with Honey Bunches of Oats just because I really like that cereal. I will also mix it with Life, granola, Crunchy Nut, Chex, etc. I also slice a banana on top as well. I think the less sugar the better, so mine are probably high on the sugar side. I would think the Kashi cereals would be really good.
I was living on smoothies for breakfast. I would soak oats in water then add greek yogurt, frozen berries or banana and some protein powder. Not sure if it payed off just yet but so yummy and filling you can also add nuts if you like.
