To those who had successful girl sways

Diet with the skipping breakfast and no snacks.

oh gosh i think alot of things, but probably diet.....and getting rid of my EWCM. i changed my entire lifestyle

A couple of people have reported headaches on Vitex - if it continues you may need to drop it.
