Switching positions is fine. Don't worry about doggy style if that's the only way he can finish - remember, pretty much EVERY failed blue sway was doing doggy because they think it's a magic bullet for blue, and there are plenty of them.
I don't think positions sway very much if at all, esp. if you're doing a lot of other things to sway.
