Hi thank you!! Yes I used rephresh on cd 6 and 9 (both full tubes). But I didn't really like that over the 3 days I couldn't keep track of of my cm (if you haven't used it yet you will find the dead layer of cells will shed from the rephresh and it looks like cm but its not!!). So on the day of my +opk, in the morning I used just a finger tip. Then we DTD about 9 hours later! We did 2 attempts that day but DH accidentally pulled out the first time and second was about 2 hours later so nothing came out, I never used rephresh again cause I was afraid I got no swimmers!! Lol! I hope that kinda helps, somewhere on here I think it says to use rephresh 8-12 hours before your attempt. If its too close to the attempt it's too hostile for the spermies!Quote:
