I personally don't agree with some of this advice, just to let you know. :) A lot of us cut out dairy completely and we got girls after failed sways where we were drinking a lot of dairy or taking a lot of calcium. I also don't believe in the acidic vs. alkaline diet. A lot of what this poster was eating is extremely girl friendly but for other reasons than acid vs. alkaline, and I would completely avoid whole milk like the plague and limit dairy so you are not getting more than 40-50 g protein.
