Newbie TTC pink next year!

1)About doing the opposite - you don't HAVE to do the opposite of everything to get a baby girl.you only have to do the opposite of what got you a boy. The best evidence we have indicates that caffeine doesn't sway blue and may sway PINK when used in excess. No need to skip out on caff or alcohol, and sodium is open for debate.

2)I see you figured out the timing - my advice is just to BD at positive OPK because that yields best odds of conception with one attempt.

3)If your husband is under 35, do abstain, if he's over 35, do FR.

4)You can also do a modified jump and dump where you stay laying down for 5 min and then J and D at that point.

You don't have to eat tons of veggies or bland foods on LE Diet.

I got a boy with pH that never changed from 4.5 and then got a girl without ever checking my pH at all.

If you're going for a cutoff then I would not use RepHresh or antihistamine. Makes it too hard to conceive.

Thanks so much atomic!! Now that ive read that I will be excluding ph out of my sway and if not , I will not take it as serious as i would have before reading the article. So if i DONT use a cutoff and just bd at +opk should i use represh?

I am also a newbie that found gender dreaming after looking at IG for a few days. We are going to start trying in January. I fell vicitm to an impulse buy of the Hannah meter but I have decided not to check PH since it doesn't seem to matter as much as the diet. I am so glad to have found this site! No disrespect to IG, but everything over there seemed outdated and extreme with not much logic to me. Being a biologist myself, I have heard of the trivers willard hypothesis many times before and it makes a lot of sense to me. I am so excited to start TTC! Thanks for all your hard work Atomic!

That is up to you - it will lower your odds of conception, but a lot of people want to try it just to see if they can get pg while using it. I didn't use it when I got my girl.

Words cant even describe how excited i am to start my sway! I will start LE diet jan 13 and try my attempt in april ! Do yu think 2 to 3 cycles is enough? Im soo impatient and i want to start now haha but were moving in feb and i know that will be stressfull
