Beef jerky and lunch meat are not that great for your health or a blue sway. I'd much rather see you eat a nice piece of meat like chicken breast, pork chop, burger or steak than beef jerky and lunch meat.

Good to know, I can do that. We usually have something substantial like the meats you mentioned for dinner and almost always have leftovers. I'll start eating some real meat during the day AND at dinner.
