I think you're supposed to stop the sp before you Ov or cd14 (whichever comes first) :) I had a major delay in my Ov too with my first sp cycle.. Will see what happens this time! Cd8 today ..... Come on O day! ;)

Okay thanks I'm just a little confused cuz I asked her a couple weeks ago and she said to start it AF-0 before first attempt at least thats what I think she said. But then I read what you said so I'm trying to conceive in April when do you think a good time to start Vitex and then when do I start sp? thx for your help.Quote:

Stop taking the vitex one or two days before Ov. That will probably coincide with your attempt anyway. :)
