Babygirl I totally get you! How would anyone get so high? I upped mine consciously, and still only manage 900ish! Obviously Bananas are good (about 450) but bad for ttc girl... Apples and strawberries are ok, but strawberries are expensive. Lentils are good, so I cooked up a bunch with some girl friendly low nutrient veggies and keep eating them for dinner but they taste crap! Dying here!
Atsaukina1 do you mean coconut milk? Where do you get coconut water? Never heard of it before, I'm in a small country town in Australia, may have to hunt it down when we are in the city next. We do buy coconut milk for cooking curries etc... would that be the same?
