Its totally up to you, did you have much ewcm this month? I know Dloui got her boy without it.

Nope I didn't have much at all! Well actually I started my He diet after I ovulated but I clearly remember I was slightly dry ..

Ok well you should see a difference next ovulation, keep up the water through out the day too.

You Oed late, prob. as a result of the EPO - stop taking it a day or two before you expect O.

Save it for the month of your attempt, there's no reason to take it now and I don't want it to get less effective for you by the time of your attempt.

It's not just the EPO, also flaxseed, l-arg, and fertile CM can cause it.

I'm only EPO I'm not taking flaxseed or any others.. So should I stop taking them until AF arrives.. Or should I just continue taking EPO? I started the supps after my ovulation day though ..
With my period being late due to epo And incase it doesn't go back on track will it interfere with ovulation readings?

Either stop all together, or take it once a day until a day or 2 before you think you will O, then stop until you get AF.
