Hi and welcome Illinigirl!
If you are in a big hurry to get pg for reasons like age or if you've lost a lot of weight, then use the RepHresh only twice, if you've got time to spare and don't mind getting a BFN, then use it three times. So like, CD 15, 18, 20 (if you O on CD 21, that is.)
I do not believe timing sways in any wayhttp://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-discussion-ttc-boy-girl-home-swaying-info/7691-trouble-timing.html and when you're doing stuff like RepHresh that can kill sperm, it can be hard to get pg with a cutoff of more than a day or so. thus my advice would be to go for it on CD 19 to make sure your attempt has at least a chance of success. In that case (attempt on CD 19) then don't bother with a CD 20 dose of RepHresh because the sperm is long gone by then.

Thanks Atomic. So apparently I don't know how to read my own calendar. I took the first Refresh on CD 11 and second dose on CD 14. I have lost 2-3 lbs which is a significant amount. My opk is + for two days when testing in the morning. I get a + result on CD 20 and CD 21 so not sure if I O on CD 21 or 22. DH and I are DTD every night since CD 8 (with one night exception) and now not sure when I should: 1. stop DTD and 2. when I should refresh?
I have 2 boys and would love a DD, my husband is 42 and if we don't pg relatively soon we will stop trying.

I would BD until you're 100% sure you have Oed. Temp rise or whatever.
I would use Rephresh on CD 20 in that scenario - any sooner and it can really cut down odds of conception.
