I never charted hon, not once. I used cheapie opks like 3 times a day so I knew when I was "about" to surge.. that's when you want to hop off of Vitex! And I'd say it took 4-5 days or more to surge after I hopped off of it. You are welcome to click my name, go to my profile and previous threads and go through my journey with Vitex.
I would also totally get the RRL capsules.. or tea if you can stand it.
I did Nature's Way brand on both.
Auroara also took RRL and Vitex after her M/C and has a beautiful DD!
