I have a question. DH and I are planning a trip to Vegas in May and are hoping to come back pregnant:) We will be planning the trip around my ovulation. so since we are swaying for a girl, could we abstain for 7-10 days before the trip, could we then DTD 2 or 3 times a day for the 2 or 3 days we are there?? Would the sway girl still?
Anyone??
YES...that would defo lower count but maybe have him not release inside you for all the attempts, if you want to be super strict.

OH! Well in that case, what about using an acijel or rephresh close to some the "sessions"? It would just suck not getting pregnant though, after all that action ;)

Goodluck! I find it's so hard to know what to do because everyone does everything so differently and are all getting different results. I guess it's just what works best for you as a couple, and what makes you feel like you gave it the best shot with what you had. If you're wanting to get pregnant on that trip, and all releases have to be inside you then you have to do that! Aci-jel or rephresh is a good idea though.. I might think of using that if I decided to do an extra attempt in the fertile window :)

Mommymachine...how did you use the acijel? I see people use it in different ways..(thinking about using it myself)
It was almost two years ago but here's what I remember. I DTD 4-5 days before O and inserted the aci-jel 2-3 days after that. I forget how much I used. Hope that helps?!Quote:
