I can find the jensen but not in capsule?
I don't know if they deliver it to Australia sorry. Don't remember how much we were taking but I know it was a bunch.
The gelatin I take does not state bovine or anything like that? Would it still be just as good? :S
It doesn't have to be bovine, that's only for people who don't eat pork. The vegetarian gelatin will say that it's vegetarian (and it costs more too!)
Doesn't say vegetarian so guessing it's not that? I don't pork but do eat red meat?
If you don't eat pork than you should stick with the bovine kind - for those who do, just regular gelatin is dandy.
hmmm bummer, I can not find any in store other than what I have already.. should I eat pork each week then?

No, not at all, unless you like it. It's just that some people DON'T eat pork for religious or personal reasons and since reg. gelatin often has pork bones in it, they choose to use beef gelatin rather than regular gelatin.Quote:
