Looks like boy to me in second picture. I am also pregnant with my 5th and feel it is another boy. I been obsessing over my 12wks ultrasounds, but I don't think there is a nub in any of the 7 I have. Posted 2 on here and not very good pictures. I am only almost 14 wks.
The pics are not the greatest quality, unfortunatly, but i do see boy parts too.

I've had so many people say not to attempt to determine gender 100% before 20 weeks. I really just want to believe it's a boy for certain, because I'm sure there's nothing worse than being disappointed with the results twice.
