How long would my DH not release if we planned on bd 1 time? How long does he need to be abstinence for?? And how many days before my Ovulation day? What opk do I use??

this will be in your plan - maybe some others can share opionions??

I advise the cheapest OPk that way you're not trying to preserve them and can test a lot without worrying about $$
