Yes hun it's because you're on birth control. Your body will not be making alkaline CM and all that stuff you're doing is all in vain right now.

I do not EVER recommend Fertile CM. I feel like it messed up people's cycles very badly, dried up CM for more people than it helped, and made opposites.

DO NOT drop multivitamin! That's been one of our best sway tactics!!

I am also not a huge fan of Fertilaid for men, either. Some of the ingredients may sway pink - the ginseng I described above, and the maca is worrying for a number of reasons. I'd have him continue the Centrum.

Barely anyone on this site uses the ASG. It's up to you if you want to try it but you only need to do that around O.

I just want to point out to anyone who stumbles onto this thread that I feel we have seen by far and away too many opposites with EPO (I have all but dropped that) and high doses of fish oil. This swayer got a pink opposite taking way too much fish oil and EPO as well.

So ladies, let's ditch EPO unless you are on a Paleo diet and have gotten girls that way and cut fish oil way, way down to more lik 250-500 daily MAX. (A pregnancy DHA supp also acceptible and possibly even better than the fish oil)

And if you are a vegetarian or vegan UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES take the EPO OR flaxseed oil that is recommended by some sway sites.

The first picture is my prenatal (vitafusion.) The second is my husband's centrum multivitamin. Would you suggest my husband and I add any other supplements or just take prenatals? Such as Zinc, L arginne, folic acid, or fish oil (prenatal has dha in it and some fish oil.) I just want to make sure i am not taking too much that I would harm myself, my hubby or baby.
I was taking fertile cm and alka seitzer gold but will drop it. Also i am drinking 1 to 3 green teas. I am taking extra folic acid 3 of 400mg since prenatal already has 800mg, but alittle scared takiing extra because I heard if you take too much it can cause autism in baby or something like that. Then again I heard the extra salt, asg and green tea takes away some of it so I want to make sure I am taking enough. Hope this makes sense!

As for diet,
Breakfast cereal daily with full fat milk(never did with my girls.
Snack: bananna and v8 drink (healthy greens or veggie/fruit blend )
Lunch: canned soup with meat and vegetable, lunch meat with whole wheat bread or potato
Snack: smoothie with spinach, raspberry, blackberry, bana na and cup of full fat milk
Dinner: tacos, sloppy Joes, Swiss steak, pot roast, etc
Snack: almonds, raisins, sunflower mix

What is the quickest way to increase ph since we are trying next month and I will be getting off my birth control in 3 weeks? I was thinking my cm will prob not increase much more since just getting off bc. I am still sticking with diet though so hopefully it will help alittle. Currently i am 4.5. My husband is 8.5. For ttc, i plan on using baking soda finger hour before we dtd and right before dtd mix baking soda into preseed lubricant. I cant do the douche because I am probe to infections. Also have dh take cold shower or use ice, and drink coffee 30 to 1 hr before dtd. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give us!

I'd rather have you switch to Centrum too (or Women's one a day) and continue giving that to DH. That isn't a bad vitamin but we can do better.

You do not need any extra zinc than what is in the vitamins.

No L-arginine for you, it's really messed up people's cycles. YOu can give to DH if he'll take it.

DHA supp or fish oil no more than 500 mg a day.

The folic = autism link is only at BIRTH and it is in women who for some reason can't get rid of it (very, very small minority of people) You will take it only thru the first trimester of pregnancy and then wean off gradually by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then drop. I had a baby with neural tube defects taking 800 mcg a day and eating a super healthy diet too and I only had ONE green tea a day (no one knew about that when he was born) so yes I very much recommend taking the extra folic especially if you're doing that much green tea.

Your diet looks good, I do like you guys to have even just a little protein at every meal and snack and banana + V8 does no t have that so I'd try to maybe add in something with protein. (an egg, or some cheese?)

I would urge you to NOT take the birth control right up to when you're going to TTC. Stop it NOW and wait through your first period because we have pretty good results using BCP as a PINK sway tactic - people coming off BCP and trying to catch that first egg is very pink friendly.

DH does NOT need a cold shower or to ice his jewels. Heat hurts sperm. This does NOT mean that coldness cures them. It doesn't, and the claims made online are made by people selling stuff or else doctors who will tell people things simply to shut them up and get them out of their offices. The only men who benefit from doing things to cool down their sperm are men who have medical conditions or are exposed to heat and even then it is not the kind of thing you have to put ice on the nuts for 10 minutes to fix, but that they need to buy different underwear and change their habits ALL the time. A cold shower or ice before BD does absolutely nothing and may even harm his ability to perform by slowing blood flow.

I personally don't put much stock into coffee before BD. My husband never did that and we got 4 boys. Probably harmless though.

Ok I will get off the bc then and use protection for this month. It will be a good practice for bbt( which I have done previously with my girls), opks, and diet. The only reason I was waiting so my cycle would Can all in full moon phase.. I know silly, my husband thinks I was crazy but I thought maybe there was some truth to it since both my girls were conceived in New moon phase. However i decide not to mess with my cycle since you mention that getting right off bc may put me more in a girl territory.

I feel better taking a prenatal for some reason. Would I need to take fish oil if it has dha 200mg and fish oil 233 and epa 23mg already in it? What are your thoughts on royal jelly(however I can not recall if I was ever sting by a bee), false unicorn, coq10 (I am 34 and dh is 36), wheat grass pills/ powder or nutritional yeast flakes with to help increase my ph? Any other type of alkalinity tea that I can take that won't affect folic acid? I am trying to stay away from coffee which I love.

Do I need to still take more folic acid? I am going to stop taking green tea too so I don't have to worry about taking more folic acid and neural tube defects, just focus on diet to increase my ph. I will also take cough syrup only with guafesin to increase cm before ovulation. Last two pregnancy i took epo af to ov and flax seed oil after ov to af. But i notice you mentioned not to take epo in one of your posts. Hopefully the prenatal, lemon water, cough syrup, preseed and diet will be enough to increase ph unless you think other supplement(s) will help me. I am worried my sway isn't good enough because I am not taking all these crazy supplements other sway sites suggested. However i rather to be healthy and not do any harm to myself or baby.

How much L Arginne would dh need to take? Does he need more zinc (5mg) and folic acid (160mcg) than what Centrum provides? Would you suggest he take fish oil too? Coq10?

Honestly, I prefer the good old orange Women's One a Day. It has everything the prenatal One a Day has plus a lot of other good things in it and I got my last two boys taking it religiously. :) You would need to add in separate DHA vitamin (like Enfamil Expecta) but I really love that one. The One a Day prenatal is no better than what you're taking now and so just go ahead and continue that instead of switching just to save yourself some effort there. But if you did take the One a Day prenatal you would not need any additional fish oil or DHA.

I hate royal jelly. Not only is it potentially harmful (risks of allergies both now and in future) but it really messes up people's cycles. Scientists tested it and it had nothing in it but B vitamins (you will get these in your vitamin) and a small amount of protein and fatty acid you get 100x more of in a normal diet. I think it is a huge scam that has actually killed people and the only reason people think it does anything is because B vitamins make you feel a rush of energy (just like in energy drinks) but I don't recommend.

False unicorn root has nearly gone extinct in the wild so the majority of what is being sold now is some teensy amount of FUR mixed with a lot of mystery herbs that are either totally inert or may have harmful effects for your health and your sway. Avoid!

Wheat grass supps I feel like we've seen a lot of opposites with them. I am ok with wheat grass juice 2-3 times a week but I think we need to leave the wheatgrass supps behind.

Nutritional yeast is fine, not necessary though as you'll be getting all those good things in your prenatal. Fine if you want to use it though

If you drop the ASG and green tea it is ok to keep the folic acid to the amount in prenatal if you like.

Lemon water and fruit juice are both good for alkalinity.

Most guys take 250-500 mg. arginine but anything will help.

He's actually very likely getting more zinc via diet. We had very poor results with people taking too much zinc (it causes diarrhea which depletes nutrients from your diet anyway and too much zinc may harm sperm) so I'd have him just stick with that and then eat healthy. That's enough folic for him and he'll get more via diet anyway.

Fish oil 500 mg a day is fine for him. Coq10 100 mg a day also fine. But if he gets sick of the vitamins the coq is probably the least important.

I couldn't find the dha supplement (i was looking for enfamil but it has prenatal with it. I cant buy it separately). I did look at other prenatals and found one that it is similar to one a day women, however the amount per serving on some minerals are different. Also it has molydbenum and soy letchin. Not sure what it is and if it will hurt my sway. Below is the vitamin called Similac prenatal

I found nature made 500mg fish oil pearls for hubby but it doesn't say mercury free.

That one looks good to me! The molybdenum is just a micronutrient your body needs a small amount of, the soy lecithin is just an ingredient used to formulate the vitamin tab that is present in tiny amounts and cannot sway.

Don't worry about the "mercury free" as long as you are getting a name brand (Nature Made is a name brand) It will be mercury free. I can even see on the bottle that it's been purified, that last little paragraph there means it is all good to take that. :)

Does probiotics and garlic supplements sway? If so, do they sway blue or pink? I have IBS (started acting up again) and prone to yeast/ bacterial vaginosis. They have help me in the past. I was thinking of starting them up again but wasn't sure if it would hurt my sway. Is there a brand you would recommend if it is ok to take?
