I think the most important sup for DH is zinc so you have that covered. Get DH to start on the releasing every 2 days now. Then the month of your attempt when AF is over let him release inside you every 2 days until you see the +opk, then you should try to get 3 attempts in the next 24 hours. I know it seems like a lot of sex and well it is, but it gives you maximum amounts of sperm going for the egg which "should" get you pregnant quickly and more sperm = more boys. Goodluck!
Wow OK I didn't know that. Why is it so important to let him release inside of me everyday after AF? I didn't think I wanted him to release inside of me until I was closer to Ovulation? Just curious as to what the theory is behind that?Quote:

Pulling out would have the same effect at leaving it in, and oral sex has the same effect, its just when he is left to himself that less is released. Ions are an IG thing as far as i know, not that important to include in your sway. Being in the sun is great for the vitimin D absorbsion :agree:
