Easy sway aspect if you ask me.

TRUST ME I do not want to ttc right now I would go insane having to get up to 2 babies. last night I got about 3 hrs of broken sleep my heads pounding. I think I could go without ever dtd again just not interested.
My son is almost 13 months so he is not a NB so probably won't sway as much. But he still gets up 2,3 times a night. So. We went to bed at 1. Up twice with him then up at 7. So not much sleep. I wanted to wait to try until he was at least a year if he decides to wean when I become a barf machine.
I always thought having babies closer together, like Irish twins, meant they would both be the same gender. Which is why I picked Dec-Jan to start trying. It's surprising to see that having them closer could mean the second one is more likely to be a girl.
When I got DD, I was up with my 3 1/2 year old and my almost 2 year old every night at least once and usually more. The interrupted sleep sways on its own. Then in addition to that, a quick turnaround between kiddos can ALSO sway because your condition will be lower if you haven't fully recovered from pg yet.
That's an old wives tale.
The Irish twins thing, works a bit differently than you might expect because while biologically it should sway pink, if you are a person who is ABLE physically to conceive shortly after having a baby, you may be more likely to have a boy anyway (because your condition is so high that you were able to bounce back and become fertile again quickly.) So you can get boys or girls as Irish twins - the catch is that declining maternal condition tends to sway pink but also inhibits fertility, so women who are able to conceive Irish twins may be more "set" to blue to begin with and that's the only reason they're ABLE to conceive.
Hard concept to explain, let me know if it's unclear.
