Just bumping to see if there are any more opinions, thanks so much!!
the angle still has me thinking boy. I've never seen one so forked though.
When is your next scan?
The 22nd, it seems so far away. :nails:
I've been obsessively looking at confirmed boy pics on here and on InGender and I know it's not the classic boy nub, but there are a lot of forked boys out there. I just wish it was a little more one way or the other. Is this what it looks like when they say it's "on the rise?"
^^Yeah. I think boy. From hanging around here, it appears that boys can have forks just like girls...it's the angle that's important. And for this one, it looks rising.
Yes that's why I think boy, it appears to be on the rise. Boys can have forks, it's just more common for them to have a nob bit or wider end, than a fork.
Having said that nubs are only something like 70% reliable at 11 weeks and from 12 it goes up to 92%, then 13+ is 98% so you could totally still have a girl in there. I know what you mean I have another scan on 27th and it feels like ages!!
I'm hoping it stays on the rise, a boy is just what I've always pictured. But, since we lost our last pregnancy, this will be our first so I'd be ecstatic with either one.
