I don't think so, just the amount in my sway plan. One tablet in the morning and one at night for 14 days from AF. I have no idea what is causing the spotting. But it is like I have an ultra light period and it is not going away!

??? Well, I think vitex sways pink and if you have gotten boys with a 28 day cycle, you may want it to change a little bit, may help sway pink.Quote:

It messed up my O day (earlier), it made my cycles slightly shorter, it gave me crampy ovulations, produced more CM but did not stop me ovulating (still getting +OPK at least). It also made my periods longer (7 days instead of 5) and heavier. Hope it works for you.
