I used to lift household objects, you can use tins or jars for lighter weights and for heavier stuff I would lift the children above my head playing, or would do some lifts using a bagged up camping tent we had lent in the utility room. Push ups, sit ups, planks:) Is doesnt have to be a solid set time but little bits throughout the day all add to your muscle:agree: I do think that the muscle building is a pretty important part of a blue sway.
You would want to do it for at least 6-8 weeks to make sure your body got the right message:)
I do not recommend tribulus or L-arg for swaying blue. I think the best way to go is HE Diet and weight lifting.
