Did any of you ladies...

I got my DD when DTD every 2 days leading up to O until the day of or the day after. Having said said, there were of course other factors like I had just had a m/c which sways pink and I was on metformin.

I did the same thing this time but dont know what I'm having yet

I was off red meat, bananas, potatoes and tried to lower salt. I also had a lot of dairy and aspartame
