Is Timing for Swaying for a Girl at MUST.

timing doesn't sway. Most people OV the day after a pos OPK.
Here's a picture from a scientific study (Shettles study wasn't scientific) which shows when boys/girls are conceived and you can see it's very equal on almost every day. If one day swayed more, the results would be much more drastic:

diet sways the most, but other factors you can include are:

weight loss
low blood glucose (including skipping breakfast, cinnamon supps, and diet)
exercise (cardio. Can help with above 2- the weight loss and low blood glucose)
low pH
low androgens (sex hormones)
low sperm count (currently debatable)
ions (also debatable but can't hurt to include)

I just ordered ph sticks so I'm mad I didn't test my urine before I had bed to know what my ph was. I Have no idea. Does clomid lower your ph?
I don't even know what cinnamon supplements you are referring to? Didn't take that. I also allowed myself to eat candy to full up on extra calories. I hope that is ok worried about glucose now that u r mentioning it. I skipped breakfast had bagel and cream cheese for lunch and yogurt at 4pm and dinner couscous and sour cream and sometimes added candy. Whatever is meant to be boy or girl at this point I will get can't beat myself up. :). Will see what happens!

you don't use the pH sticks on your urine - it's on CM and often with clomid you don't actually have any CM so wouldn't have been able to test anyway

I really think you need to stop torturing yourself and picking things apart. Your sway is done now and you gave it your best shot so you can have no regrets. Most of us on here would die for a good clomid sway like yours - you have such a strong sway. Honestly!

Please note on the graphic rainbow posted, there were actually more GIRLS conceived on O-1 and O Day!!!!!

Ok thank you guys that makes me feel better!! Whatever happens happens!! I def see the pro's to ivf, but there are also so many negatives!! I know in 20 years from now, there is going to be a simple way to pick gender!! LOL and we will be wishing we were 20 years younger!! lol

GT, the benefit of having a custom sway plan is that I do all that stuff FOR you. I personally do not recommend ANYONE testing pH any more. I ahve seen so many pH opposites that I no longer believe it is accurate at all whatsoever. And I think testing for pH makes people's T levels go up and they get obsessed with it.

I believe Clomid sways pink because it affects your hormones and not because of pH.

Re the cinnamon, if I had wanted you to take that, I would have included it. I have not yet seen enough results to include that for most people.

Eating candy and sugar makes blood sugar go up but it's only temporary. After you eat it, your blood sugar drops. It is FINE to eat sugar when on LE Diet.

I'm not sure what all this is about but I give you my word that I did the best that I could for you and your sway. I have spent many hours researching this stuff and when I leave things out, it's because I do not believe them to be helpful for people. Pregnancy hormones can make the wheels start spinning but you are not helping yourself here, it's over and done with now and there is no changing it anyway.

But the OwT are beating me up since I have zero symptoms.
I know I can't listen to OWT but it's hard not to. I didn't get sick with my son and I'm not sick now.
So just let me know how long after positive OPK do u ovulate? How many hours is typically?

First of all, at this stage of gestation, if you WERE pregnant with a boy, he isn't even making testosterone yet so your body literally CANNOT tell the difference between a boy or a girl yet and there could be no difference in symptoms.

Secondly, symptoms do NOT predict gender anyway. I had the least amount of sickness with my girl and one of my boys, and then bad sickness with my other 3 boys. My mom never had morning sickness or even heartburn with any pregnancy and she had girls and one boy.

To answer your question, you will ovulate 8-48 hours after a pos OPK. Average is 36 hours.
