Is BSF meant to hurt?

I have def. heard it burns and some people have even had some spotting because of it.

I did end up trying again with some preseed and less bs and it was ok.

Atomic, I had spotting! Not blood, but brown cM??

Yes, I think that's the BSF in combination with the blood thinning supps like fish oil and garlic. :/
