You can get it from a naturopath or you can get them from some pharmacies. A lot of the pharmacies here have them now. Looks for ones that have naturopaths on staff, they will give really good advice and have a lot of different vitamins you will have never seen before.
They say 'practitioner only' and probably should be at the advice of someone but I have been able to get stuff just off the shelves without talking to anyone.
I am not saying this is a great supplement etc... I only took CoQ10 at 300 and I didn't have good results on it (but that's probably just me lol) just that the reason the dosing is so low on say a Swisse or Blackmores is because it isn't practitioner only and they dose lower because it isn't regulated by anyone giving advice.

That makes sense Glory and I agree its much easier to take fewer tablets all up :)
What are your thoughts on the dosage of ubiquinol for this purpose? The aim is to improve quality from my understanding?
