I don't want you to stop breakfast yet. I think that will have a negative affect on your milk supply and it is just not necessary to do that now.
Do not track fat and protein. Just eat vegetarian.
I don't think potassium sways anyway. The difference between the guidelines for potassium on the boy mineral diets and the girl mineral diets is the equivalent of a bowl of strawberries and it is silly to think the presence/absence of a bowl of strawberries is making anyone have a boy or girl.
The reason I recommend the potassium I do is because that is what you need for health. Potassium is in EVERYTHING but it doesn't need to be listed on the labels of things, so you are almost certainly getting way, way more than you realize.
I also felt very good on LE Diet. Some people do feel great on it. (interestingly, I felt TERRIBLE on a low carb diet to the point where I couldn't even do it)

me too! my mom and I laughed because when the atkins diet first came out, we both tried it for a day, and by the end of the day we were going carb crazy lol lol I am already a carb nut, so having the majority of my diet be carbs is NO problem. I just have to cut my fat intake (namely) and snacking, bfast and cals overall come time to ttc. =D
