What does not drinking enough water do to sway?

I find I'm far more thirsty on this girl diet!

Oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't directing that at you but any random person who read this thread and thought, hmmm, maybe I should stop drinking water to dry up CM or semething like that. No one needs to do that, the antihistamine will accomplish that!
