Thanks odd! My protein and sugar were high today. I can usually keep the sodium and potassium down, but struggle with the other ones.

Breakfast: a half cuo of tea and a couple of bites of my sons pbnj
Lunch : leftover sweet corn soup, noodles plus a slice of oatmeal bread and also lowfat yogurt
Dinner: will have lentil soup with rice.
Snack: thin cinnamon raisin bagel with a bit of homemade cranberry jam
Total: 1196
Fat: 35
Protein: 41
Sodium: 1591 realllly need start getting this under control

Dinner plan: not sure what its called but its a German semolina style soup & cucumber salad

We r snowed in today with 2 ft of snow andhave nothing bettr to do than watch tv and eat ...lol...ashamed to say I've eaten beyond my limit but thoroughly enjoyed it lol
