For sure. I can't afford it but really wish I could!!!! Atomic works really hard and takes all the guess work out for you. I highly suggest it. There's a ton of info on here but it's all so overwhelming and with the personalized sway you don't really have to worry about it. Have you been on in gender? Some of the info you have sounds like it came from that sight. Atomic was there originally but noticed a lot of failed sways and not a lot of it made any sense.

Hehe it's okay, I know all about little boys running around (do they ever stop!?) I NEED a girl ;) I remember looking at ingender a couple years ago when I first became interested in swaying. But the last year most of my "research" has been from this site and just general studies (like the stuff about hormones). I need a little help though. I want to have fun with it and be able to tell myself that I did try!
Oh I know lol. The boys are so worth all the mischievous little things they do but it'd be nice to be able to idk brush my hair haha. A little girl would be a breath of fresh air :) I'm in the same boat I just want to feel at peace with my sway and know at the end of the day I couldn't do anything more and it's in Gods hands

I'm guessing that keeping a low blood sugar is pretty important, right? So I'm wondering how long does it have to be and stay low? and at what time is it really important? before/during/after O, 2ww?
Also, does anyone have any input on the estrogen dominance possibility?Thanks!!
Yes low blood sugar is pretty important. Many ppl skip breakfast to achieve low blood sugar for an extended period of time plus no snacking. But you could skip dinner if that's easier. The idea is to keep your glucose levels quite low for a good portion of the day. Atomic says to just wait to eat till you are good and hungry. It's best to do this as much as you can but really important in the days leading up to o during o and the 2ww. There was a study done that showed xx embryos do better in low glucose levels before implanting and xy favors high glucose levels.
It's not the type of sway I personally recommend in a few different ways but you have a lot of good stuff in there.

I do want to mention that anything that seems contradictory between the sites, just ASK and I can explain why those things are different or direct you to an essay that has the explanation. I feel that the info on this site all hangs together and when it contradicts something on a different site, there is always a valid scientific reason!
Don't get too hung up on specific numbers of hours, it can vary depending on your needs for the day and by individual. just go from dinner to late morning/noon without any food coming in. You can still eat 3 meals in the remaining time, skipping breakfast doesn't mean you can never eat during that time of day.Quote:

Estrogen dominance is not a medically recognized condition and while I'm not saying it's made up, it's not something that I feel is proven. We do try to lower estrogen overall for a pink sway with the LE Diet, weight loss, and fiber so it's all good either way.
