I'm having doubts if it isnt the umbilicalcord what you see in second pic. The "3dots" are also a couple of cm higher. Its not a penis.
It Could be large clitoris. Or I think it night be the umbilicalcord.

Ok thank you, this has been a night mare to me. With my three boys we found out early and every time there has been no doubt. I posted on ingender and they said first picture was scrotum and second picture was penis, they said though that they didn't see both pictured together. I definitely not getting my hopes up and am waiting til 20 weeks til I believe anything.
I'd wait for confirmation either way. I would be inclined to believe the tech, they see a lot that they can't capture on a picture (just from baby moving quickly or the view being obstructed), so if she/he said girl, I'd be cautiously hopeful.
I posted on your hubs thread and the pic with the "enlarged" girl parts looks really enlarged for that gestation. But it could be angles or the cord or just about anything that we don't know about. The other pic looks girly, although it *is* possible to get a scrotum shot too far back and have it present with lines. If lovemy4 is floating around, she is really good at determining what we are looking at. She might be a tech or have tech training, I'm not sure. But she usually can determine more of what we are seeing than some of us who just enjoy guessing and aren't as experienced. Good luck!!
She the one on ingender who guess boy, but thanks anyway
I don't know the nub and the second picture you posted look like boy shots to me. The cord is to the left of the arrow in the second picture and to the left of the nub in the 3rd shot. It looks like 3 lines floating around the baby.
Lovemy4 is not a tech. She's just been on the forums a long time and she is pretty accurate.
The only other thing with the first picture is that middle line extending out beyond the two outer edges. Girls usually have a shorter center line at that gestation and it appears forked on the ultrasound. It could be a boy after seeing all three together instead of just the first one alone.
Think you're wise to wait until 20 weeks as could see this going either way. Good luck xx
I agree this one could go either way
