Yay! I hope you're right, Indira!
YAY!!! I recently thought that I had had an anovulatory cycle as well, but to my amazement on cycle Day 25 I started to get ewcm and slightly darker opk. Day 26-more ewcm, soft cervix and almost + opk. Day 27 DARK OPK and very soft cervix, tons of ewcm!! YAY! So that was yesterday...and now I'm just hoping to feel my body actually O soon! So keep your fingers crossed....it could just happen much later than you think :D
Good Luck!!
So glad you are ovulating! Good luck!
Indira, I may be having the same issue you are/were experiencing...I'm currently in the 2ww but I'm now calling it the 2w-fake b/c I don't know whether or not I O'd. Per Fertility Friend, it said I probably O'd on cd26 but I never got a +OPK, just some color. I haven't got +OPKs for two cycles (AF only came back 3 cycles ago). My body is all out of whack and if I'm not preggers, I guess I will start to eat more. I'm 110 now but when I was about 105 to 108, I would only get AF about 6x per year. I thought it was great b/c I was young (& stupid) and not TTC. I'm hoping gaining a lb or 2 will help me O...??? I haven't been stressing about swaying, luckily, so I think weight is my problem. I'm really hoping you're Oing and that a little relaxation is your ticket. :HH:
Thanks all!
FX doula mama!
My OPK is negative, but I have a hard time getting positives every month, anyway maybe it will take some more time to O. I´m not TTC this time since I took a mega doses of acid folic, Atomic advised me to wait, but I´m so happy I seem to not be broken lol! I´m more relaxed about the diet and all now anyway so I can wait untill July
Losing weight can cause you to not ovulate one month but your ovulation will just come back in subsequent months. It is totally normal to miss a month of ovulation here and there and that is actually a very good sign that your fertility is somewhat reduced which is what you want for a girl.
I saw on another thread that you were eating very little fat, so feel free to increase that amount to 20-30% of your day's calories.
A lot of people keep right on ovulating at low caloric intake. Don't change a thing until you know for sure that you're not Oing (although of course I prefer everyone to stick to the 1500-1800 calories) because I don't want for your body to think, wow, extra calories all of a sudden and inadvertently sway blue.
The stress factor is HUGE when it comes to ovulating. People have late O's all the time eating perfectly normally, just due to stress.
Also, saw palmetto has kept some people from Oing when they expected to, so it may not necessarily have anything to do with diet at all.
