Great meat substitutes!

We have vegieburgers here love them!!! 4,4gr proteïnen

if you like eggplant that is a "meaty" veg that is not mushroom. Does take a bit more work to prepare but I ate quite a lot of it.

US ladies look for the brand Gardein, they make meatless things. I particularly liked their chicken nuggets, very nice occasional salad topper.
