^^I think mine has worsened with age as well. But, like I said, I didn't pay much attention back when I was a teen. But even just in the past couple years I've noticed more sleeping issues, AF insomnia included. I had HORRIBLE insomnia when I was pregnant with each of my sons. Like misery-inducing insomnia (my wedding make-up lady asked if I had slept anytime in the past decade when she saw me the morning of my wedding...I was 21 weeks along). But slept fine with my daughter (as well as you can sleep in pregnancy). But I don't think I've ever gone back to my pre-baby sleeping since I was preggo with my first. I'm not sure if its hormones or age or what. I sometimes do miss those days of sleeping! Haha.
Me too. I miss effortless sleeping SOOO much!
I actually get really tired before AF and even though I do sleep, it never feels like enough. I also turn into an intolerable cow but that's only really been the last few months. I never really had anything PMS except for a shocking migraine the day before, but things have gotten worse as I've gotten older.

I'm getting nervous because it's coming up on that time again!!! Actually had trouble falling asleep last night even after having been up with a sick baby for several nights this past week. I'm scared!!!
Have you tried ZMA capsules Atomic?

ZZZZ Quill is another good one.
Drug/herb induced sleep is still sleep so consider that. Since I am on a sway break for a while I have been using an herbal sleep aide at night...as miracles would have it I have slept all night without waking or having to go pee for 2 nights in a row:holysheep: that hasn't happened in years!!
I think I can now say yes! I just finished my AF and I was so ADD. Crazily so. I could not remember what my partners works plans were every day when he had told me the night before
AFADD? Jeez, I thought it was normal! My naturopath told me it was because the estrogen and progesterone are dropping before AF. I very literally have to give my head a shake sometimes, the fog just doesn't clear. Even DH knows about it, we'll have lengthy discussions and I won't remember a thing a few days later.
