Is this the nub below the foot??

No still nothing sorry!

I don't see a nub in the first picture but I do think I see a very faint nub in the second picture that looks very boyish.

Think what you are seeing in the 2nd picture is my babies toes sticking up, you can make out the leg which leads to the toes sticking up.
