wondering mostly is that the max dosage, or optimal/average dosage for the average person? bc what if a certain person only needs a small boost of T. or what if a person needs a lot, do you just add more gelatin drinks, etc? guess you just observe your own body and adjust as needed...? i know that body builders add gelatin to their juices for muscle building. so to me, gelatin being a huge T booster the amount of 3x/day may be too much for some and too little for others...
