That's right 2 tablets a day but only AF-O!!! My DH has a very high sex drive (annoyingly so). I honestly think that it just depends on the individual and you won't know unless you try! Happy BD'ing!

My DH is like that too! I've ordered some and we'll give it a try if he can be persuaded. I just re-read the study where I saw 40% reduction in testosterone in 4 days but I think they took the equivalent of something like 8 pills! 2 pills seems like a good starting point.

My hubby took one. Not sure of the dose. He hated the taste so I could not have convinced him to take more. My DH has a very high sex drive too and it did make a significant change.

I thought they didnt taste like licorice? Or do they just taste funky? Dh hates licorice but i will be shoving them down his throat i dont care lol

Ours where caplets with what I can only describe to you as sawdust looking stuff inside. They looked almost identical to my Vitex ones (had to be really careful not to mix them up LOL). DH didn't think they tasted of much but he moaned about having to swallow them as apparently they 'floated in your mouth' whatever that ment!!?? MEN!!

Too funny. Ours were chewable. Do not recommend it. DH ate jolly ranchers after he took it.

Let me clarify.... I don't recommend the chewable if you don't like the taste. It did seem to have the desired outcome though.
